Were seeking a highly accomplished Sr. Financial Analyst to become a pivotal advisor to our South Region leadership. As the dedicated Sr. Financial Analyst for the South Region youll be more than just a numbers person. Youll be a trusted partner to the VP of Finance and Regional leaders providing the sharp financial insights and strategic recommendations that fuel our continued success. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping operational strategies and achieving datadriven excellence.
What Youll Do:
Forge strong collaborative relationships with Regional leadership and stakeholders becoming their goto financial expert.
Develop sophisticated Excelbased financial models that empower robust budgeting insightful forecasting and comprehensive scenario analysis.
Conduct indepth analysis and deliver clear concise reports on critical financial metrics including gross margin operating expenses and capital expenditures.
Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that directly influence strategic decisionmaking at the highest levels.
Collaborate closely with operational teams to identify and implement impactful cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles with precision and strategic alignment.
Leverage your expertise as a Super User for SAP and Business Warehouse (BW) maximizing the power of our data warehouse reporting tools.
Spearhead the regional commission planning process ensuring accurate and timely calculation and insightful analysis.
Are you a MATCH
A Bachelors degree in Finance or a closely related field is essential; an MBA is highly valued.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis and reporting demonstrating increasing levels of strategic impact.
Masterlevel proficiency in Excel including advanced financial modeling compelling data visualization and the use of macros.
Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g. SQL VBA Power Query Power BI) is a significant plus.
A strong foundation in core finance and accounting principles including NPV IRR ROCE and Journal Entries.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently advise and influence senior leadership.
A proven ability to take initiative and work independently while also recognizing when to seek input and support.
Outstanding organizational skills and the capacity to effectively manage multiple complex priorities in a fastpaced environment.
