Essential Functions:
- Supervises and motivates by promoting a team approach to problem solving team development and goal setting within assigned areas. Oversees employment and performance management lifecycles.
- Serves as a role model to set the standards of behavior professionalism and outstanding customer services. Facilitates troubleshooting and follow up to ensure effective provider staff customer and peer relationships.
- Adheres to the established controls of quality compliance and risk standards for the daytoday operations of the schoolbased health clinics. Oversees supply chain activities including the ordering of supplies and maintaining inventory budgeting invoices and bills.
- Functions as a key liaison for all new provider integration activities for the practices. Assists in the transition process for onboarding new physicians and APPs. Collaborates to coordinate necessary infrastructure functions.
- Manages all revenue cycle processes including work queues copays daily cash drawer bank deposits coding compliance etc. Meets with leadership to review data trends develop and adjust strategic priorities and review applicable practice data and identify variances. Analyzes financial and billing reports to assist with decisionmaking and reporting. Participates in planning and budgeting preparation and analysis.
- Coordinates support functions to ensure compliance with state federal governmental and regulatory guidelines.
Education Requirement:
Associates degree required Bachelors preferred. Applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

- Demonstrated ability for conflict resolution.
- Ability to analyze solve problems and execute on strategies in a fastpaced environment.
Experience:
- Two years of experience managing a physician practice OR two years of previous leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with Scheduling Registration Windows Microsoft Office and EMR.
