What Youll Do
As a Non CDL Truck Driver at our Cleveland facility you will be responsible for safely operating 26ft (or longer) box trucks to transport goods over designated routes. This is a regional driver position that requires deliveries to restaurants regionally. One 1 to two 2 nights overnight may be required as the route dictates.

  • Conduct pretrip and posttrip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in optimal working condition. Report any maintenance issues promptly to management.
  • Safely load and unload goods using proper lifting techniques ensuring that cargo is securely stowed as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and ensure timely completion of all required paperwork.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods punctually and addressing any customer concerns or inquiries courteously.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and traffic laws including compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers customers and colleagues to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.

Qualifications
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record with no more than 4 points on your license in the last 2 years and no atfault accidents within the same period.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a box truck driver.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of all local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to demonstrate safe driving skills.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team.
Position Range
  • $16/hr $20/ hr
  • The signon bonus will be disbursed after the employee has successfully completed 90 days of employment in good standing. In order to retain the signon bonus the employee must remain employed with the company for a minimum of 180 days. If the employee leaves the company prior to reaching this 180day threshold the signon bonus will be forfeited and the employee will be required to repay the full amount.
