Job Description
CNA (Medication Aide Certification Preferred)
Location: Kendal at Lexington Assisted Living
Position: FullTime & PartTime Roles Available
Shift: 12Hour Shifts 6AM 6PM OR 6PM6AM
Pay: $21.80 Based on experience
Kendal at Lexington Webster Center Assisted Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We offer fulltime parttime and temporary positions in a warm and supportive environment where you will play a key role in assisting residents with daily living activities and medication management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents in accordance with their care plans and state regulations.
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing and grooming.
- Monitor residents health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate medication administration records.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic care.
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Previous experience in a longterm care or assisted living setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate patient and dedicated to providing quality care.
- Valid Medication Aide licensure preferred
