Job Description

POSITION:Front Office Manager Spanish fluency required

LOCATION: Hiring at multiple locations (see openings here

SALARY: $59000$79000 and is commensurate with experience up to 10 years of aligned experience. We also offer a relocation stipend if you are moving from a location greater than 75 miles from Denver!

STATUS: Full time benefits eligible exempt inperson position (Denver CO)

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Office Manager fulfills the operational functions of the school and is responsible for managing the noninstructional operations tasks and projects at their school under supervision of the School Director and/or Associate School Director. The successful Office Manager uses their resourcefulness organizational skills and tenacity to manage the following primary responsibilities while also supporting the academic team. When an Office Assistant is brought on or in schools that already have an Office Assistant the Office Manager is also responsible for managing the Assistant and providing feedback on the biannual review cycle.

The employee must have sufficient hand arm and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
