Responsibilities:
Role & Responsibilities:SIS Development: Connect with tiles and sanitary ware dealers etc. to convince them to allocate space within their stores or showrooms for displaying and selling companyproducts.Team Management: Lead manage and motivate a team ensuring alignment with company goals.Dealer Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the network.Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the achievement of sales volume value and growth targets within the assigned territory.Retail Distribution Management: Develop and expand a wide retail distribution network implementing effective management schemes to drive sales.Market & Competition Analysis: Track competitor activities and analyse local market trends to ensure competitive advantage.Personality Traits:Dynamic & ObjectiveOriented: Focused on achieving results with strong managerial skills.CustomerCentric: Friendly and professional with a commitment to building strong customer relationships.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent in communication and relationshipbuilding.Analytical Thinker: Strong problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach.Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
Requirements
5 years experience of hard core channel sales
Age profile: 3035 years
Graduation regular
Must be from building material industry (nonpaint) specially from Ply Sanitary/Bath ware Ceramics/TilesMust have good stability min 34 years in present companyMust have very good connect with dealers and must be confident enough to convince the dealers for DOCO stores
