Qualifications:
A currently enrolled Katy ISD High School Student
Minimum Age Requirement: 16 years old
Successfully complete an accredited food handlers training course and certification test
Ability to take directions from supervisor
Must be safety conscious and should have a conviction for any safety concerns
Ability to understand and adjust to changing situations in surroundings that may be physically uncomfortable i.e. hot cold noisy
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Ability to maintain emotional stability
Primary Purpose:
Provide excellent customer service while preparing and serving safe high quality concession stand food and snacks to patrons.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Equipment Used:
Large and small kitchen equipment including: reach in warmers walk in freezer and cooler cold beverage machines hot food merchandiser and utility cart.
Working Conditions:
Continual standing walking pushing and pulling; moderate lifting (up to 25 pounds) and carrying; frequent stooping bending and kneeling; moderate exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures.
