ROLE SUMMARY
The Sr. Compliance Analyst will support compliance investigations activities and will be responsible for: 1 daytoday compliance investigations needs; 2 process and data integrity; and 3 reporting/analytics. As a member of our global team of legal analysts the role will work at the direction of compliance attorneys and other members in the group to support internal investigations from their inception through trend analysis and reporting. The role will provide comprehensive operational support to the investigative process which includes effective matter management reporting and data analytics/visualization as well as specific responsibilities within each phase of the investigation. The role will also play a key role in ensuring quality and efficiency throughout this process.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with maintaining the compliance investigations database and Pfizers various reporting channels including the compliance helpline and website;
Support daytoday intake and matter opening workflow including appropriate triage of complaints communications with investigators and other stakeholders regarding potential compliance investigations;
Enter data into a data management system and ensure accuracy and quality of the data by conducting quality checks;
Create tables charts and graphs using Microsoft Excel and other software for use in reports to key stakeholders and senior business leaders;
Analyze data to develop meaningful insights and offer new and innovative ways to use data to meet stakeholder needs;
Work closely with compliance investigators and outside counsel to help manage all aspects of compliance investigations from initial intake to final closeout; help to ensure timely movement through each phase and identify opportunities for improvement;
Provide key support for investigators who conduct witness interviews including scheduling and logistics planning (e.g. arranging for translators venue details); collection and maintenance of materials for interviews; and preparation of outlines and key documents;
Participate in interviews and draft comprehensive interview notes;
Support various substantive aspects of compliance investigations as needed including factgathering data collection document review factual analysis and report preparation;
Develop expertise in various compliancerelated databases and effectively leverage these databases to fulfill reporting requests including analytical/trend reports.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degreeand 3 years as a paralegal legal assistant or compliance professional; or Associates degreeand 6 years as a paralegal legal assistant or compliance professional; or Masters degreeand 1 years as a paralegal legal assistant or compliance professional;
Effective oral and written and communication skillsin English;
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills;
An understanding of data to analyze and disseminate information with accuracy;
Strong Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint abilities;
Familiarity with or ability to learn data exploration and data visualization tools like Tableau.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Additional language ability a plus;
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple complex tasks and work independently.
NONSTANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a flexible schedule to enable conducting interviews and participating in teleconferences across all time zones.
