In particular you will:
Analyze and report financial and operating metrics related to forecasting and spending targets operational expenses and asset utilization.
Complete various business reports and metrics to evaluate interpret and analyze in support of strategic and operating decisions.
Analyze product price increase processes and provide support and analysis for sales and marketing related to customer price realization (i.e. measurement of periodic price increases and other pricing initiatives designed to enhance profitability).
Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Prepare analyses related to local compensation programs including gain sharing & various monthly and quarterly commission programs.
Work closely with the Manager FP&A Senior Financial Analyst VPFinance and Division finance support teams to review financial results trends and validate forecast assumptions.
Perform financial modeling in support of the Division as well as Corporate FP&A.
Assist with compliance of Company policies and procedures at the local level evaluate and provide feedback for continuous improvement opportunities.
Assist with field audit activities regarding internal controls SOP compliance and SOX compliance as needed. Adhere to and assure compliance with the Code of Conduct/Handbook policies and procedures and all applicable rules regulations and standards promulgated by Federal State and other applicable agencies or regulating bodies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Strong analytical and communication skills both verbal and written.
Team oriented with a continuous improvement outlook.
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
Ability to multitask multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner and anticipate critical deadlines.
Ability to work independently and use judgment to resolve both routine and non routine issues.
This position must be able to build effective relationships with all levels and roles in the organization.
Possess exceptionally strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of how to leverage a wide variety of data and related computer tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
Bachelors degree in finance or related field; MBA and/or CPA a plus
Three 3 plus years experience in financial accounting/ analysis
Advanced experience with SAP required Super User preferred
Must possess superior data mining and reporting skills
