Key Responsibilities:
As a Commercial and Agricultural Property Solicitor your role will involve:
- Managing a diverse caseload of commercial and agricultural property transactions.
- Providing expert legal advice on property acquisitions disposals leases and developments.
- Liaising with clients agents and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Conducting thorough due diligence and preparing comprehensive reports on title.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts leases and other propertyrelated documents.
- Representing clients in property disputes and negotiations.

- Be a qualified solicitor with 510 years PQE in commercial and agricultural property law.
