Project Kuiper is Amazons low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Key job responsibilities
Serve as the key business performance partner working directly with Kuipers Satellite Hardware Supply Chain team
Develop launch and optimize business performance mechanisms
Deliver data analysis insights and recommendations to help shape product development and rollout strategies
Oversee business and finance reporting and analytics
Lead business performance analysis and reporting including preparation of weekly monthly and quarterly business reviews
Drive best practices for the team and organization at large
Understand input drivers and validate integrity of the reporting to influence strategic decisionmaking and planning
Build and drive planning forecasting and reporting models
Generate actionable insights through the development of metrics dashboards and deep dive analyses
Communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear concise and unambiguous manner
Influence critical business decisions with data
A day in the life
In this role you will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the satellite supply chain meet schedule cost and quality requirements. This role communicates with clarity on the interdependencies and the next steps across the significant number of stakeholders and partnering team. You will navigate through ambiguity and manage project delivery in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment while ensuring supply chain governance at scale. Because Kuiper is inventing new technologies for our customers we understand that working through ambiguity is a part of our work days. This role requires leveraging industry knowledge and joining a highly motivated and working hard to deliver Kuiper service to our customers.
3 years of business or financial analysis experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
Experience in Excel (including VBA pivot tables array functions etc) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
Experience with SQL
Supply Chain Experience Preferred
Business Operations Experience Preferred
MBA or Masters in Business Economics Mathematics or Statistics
1 Years of Smartsheet Experience Certifications preferred
Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills
Advanced financial modeling & analytical skills
Superior attention to detail

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
