Principales Fonctions et Responsabilites:
Maintien dune affectation de gestionnaire de casde territoire;
Maintien continu des projets dsigns;
Surveillance;
Respect des protocoles;
Documentation des dossiers de cas (lectroniques et papier);
Utilisation de la base de donnes et exactitude des informations recueillies;
Appels tlphoniques pour lexactitude du contenu et tiquette tlphonique;
Participation des consultations auprs des clients et des sances de travail en collaboration avec le gestionnaire ou en labsence du gestionnaire;
Identification des besoins de formation bass sur le suivi et la formation de recyclage selon les besoins et si jug ncessaire en collaboration avec le gestionnaire;
Avec le gestionnaire participer au processus dembauche et de formation dunouveaupersonnel;
Identification des besoins en matire de modification de la base de donnes du programme des protocoles et des processus en cours;
Communications quotidiennes et continues sur les projets lis aux clients;
Soutien et remplacement du gestionnaire; et
Rapports sur les clients;
Dautres fonctions et tches peuvent tre confies au gestionnaire adjoint de programme de temps autre selon les besoins.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintenance of a territory caseworker assignment;
Ongoing maintenance of the assigned projects;
Monitoring:
Protocol adherence;
Documentation in case files (electronic and hard files);
Database use and accuracy of information collected;
Phone calls for accuracy of content and telephone etiquette;
Participation in client consultations and working sessions in collaboration with the manager or in the managers absence;
Identification of training needs based on monitoring and lead refresher training as required and determined necessary in collaboration with the manager;
With the manager participate in the hiring and training process of new staff;
Identification of needs for modification of program database protocols and current processes;
Daily and ongoing client project communications;
Assistance and back up to the manager;
Client reporting;
Responsible to report all Adverse Events to the assigned units/departments;
The Associate Program Manager will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time appointed by the Program Manager
Experience et Niveau dEducation Requis:
tudes postsecondaires ou lquivalent dans une discipline connexe;
Minimum de 3 ans dexprience dans lindustrie des soins de sant lindustrie pharmaceutique ou lindustrie de la biotechnologie (ou similaire);
Diplme dIA ou IAA constitue un atout; Bilinguisme (anglais et franais) constitue un atout;
Exprience en gestion de projets constitue un atout.

Connaissance approfondie de lindustrie de la distribution pharmaceutique
Sens aigu des affaires et des finances
Solides comptences analytiques et mathmatiques
Bonnes habilets communiquer linterne et lexterne et comptences interpersonnelles et de leadership efficaces
Sens de lorganisation; attention aux dtails
Capacit respecter systmatiquement les chances et faire plusieurs choses la fois
Excellentes aptitudes de rsolution de problmes; capacit rsoudre les problmes de manire efficace et efficiente
Capacit de sadapter au changement et dapprendre des nouvelles comptences
Matrise des techniques de prsentation
Connaissance approfondie dea applications Microsoft (Outlook Word Excel Access Internet Explorer PowerPoint)
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Postsecondary education or equivalent in a related discipline;
Minimum of 3 years experience in the healthcare pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry (or similar);
RN/RPN license an asset;
Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset;
Project management experience is an asset.

Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry

Excellent presentation skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook Word Excel Access Internet Explorer PowerPoint);
The successful candidate will (requirement)/may (asset) have daily contacts with unilingual Englishspeaking customers patients or peers from crossfunctional teams.
