SUMMARY
Ensures that district premises are safe and secure. Monitors the behavior of students on TUSD campuses. Maintains order and ensures district and school policies rules and regulations are adhered to.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Two years experience working with 1218 year old youth.
Working knowledge in the area of conflict resolution/mediation.
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles) or proof of MMR immunization.
Postoffer/preemployment physical exam and lift test.
CPR and First Aid Certification
Valid Drivers license (Arizona Drivers Licenserequiredwithin 30 days of hire)
MVReport showing no more than the allowable points against Drivers License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEBR1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services Transportation by Employees.
Satisfactory completion of phases I II and III of Campus Monitor training within 90days of hire.

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
