Overview of the Malden Public Schools
The Malden Public Schools (MPS) is a richly diverse school district located within the Greater Boston area and accessible by the MBTA orange line train. Job Summary
Maintains payroll information by collecting calculating and entering changes in Harpers payroll system. Updates payroll records exemptions direct deposits salary changes etc. Under the general direction of the Director of Finance.
CHARACTERISTIC JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and experience equivalent to:
Minimum three 3 years of progressively responsible accounting and payroll experience preferably in a school setting.
Hours: 8:00 am 4:00 pm 52week position
Salary: SEIU Grade 4 Payroll Supervisor
Reports to: Director of Finance & Operations
