Job Description:
Ensure effective of corporate objectives including hiring training coaching and development of employees to maximize performance promote career growth and build a highperforming team. Manage to innovative operational and functional objectives that enable successful of larger department goals ensuring outstanding performance of KPIs and action plans. Manage project budgets the overall department annual budget and rolling forecast ensuring business unit meets and exceeds key measures such as revenue gross margin capital expenditures and other financial and operational commitments. Complete complex critical engineering activities and tasks for a specific architecture or technology. Lead new product development including design analysis and testing. Communicate with key stakeholders both internal and external to understand technical requirements and provide technical direction to other team members. Author technical documentation and create standardized processes and procedures. Position is fixed location based in Austin office; however telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.
Job Requirements:
Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a directly related field plus five 5 years of experience providing technical leadership to software development teams.
Must have three 3 years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
Must have two 2 years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
40 hours/week 9:00am5:00pm.
