Job Description

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Process transactions accurately using pointofsale (POS) systems
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is wellstocked and organized
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns efficiently
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth store operation
- Follow company policies and procedures including loss prevention techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Team player with a proactive approach to sales and customer service
