Were looking for a curious analytical and resultsdriven Data Scientist to join our TMobile Fiber team. If youre passionate about uncovering insights hidden in complex data building powerful predictive models and shaping strategy with meaningful analytics we want to hear from you.

This is a hybrid work environment with three days in the office.
What Youll Do
- Analyze massive complex datasets to uncover insights and power smarter decisionmaking.
- Apply machine learning statistics and modeling to tackle critical business questions like customer acquisition penetration optimization and product performance.
- Build and iterate on advanced predictive modelsespecially focused on penetration permutations and regional financial performance.
- Create and test challenger models to constantly improve accuracy and effectiveness.
- Develop near realtime scorecards to track cohort performance and signal when interventions are needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to visualize and present findings through compelling dashboards and storytelling.
- Translate complex technical insights into clear actionable strategies for business leaders.
- Dive into adhoc analyses to explore emerging questions and opportunities.
- Consider partner differences (JV & Wholesale) and regional variations to finetune modeling assumptions.
What You Bring
- 24 years of experience in data science predictive modeling or ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R is a plus.
- Handson experience building data pipelines crafting visualizations and communicating insights.
- Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques.
- Ability to break down complex problems think critically and solve analytically.
- Experience working with stakeholders and adapting to shifting priorities in fastpaced environments.
Your Background
- Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field such as Math Statistics Computer Science Physics or Engineering is required.
- Masters or other advanced degree preferred.
- Telecom experience 24 years) strongly preferred.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
