Interim Resident Care Coordinator Senior Living Community
We are seeking an outstanding Care Coordinator to join our team at a large senior living community in Farrington Court. This position is currently a temporary role with the possibility of being extended to a permanent position. Come join a team of dedicated smart and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the lifestyle they deserve.
We are seeking to hire a temporary Resident Care Coordinator with the possibility of the role turning into a permanent position.

Job Description
Our Care Coordinator work closely under the Health and Wellness Director and Nurse to plan resident care. You will help oversee operations at the community and monitor resident health routines. Some of your duties will include oversee health care administration and staff management as well as to make sure staff members are following health care guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring & training CNAs and Caregivers
- Mentor caregiving team
- Assure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care
- Maintain staff schedules
- Assist with Med pass & caregiving tasks as needed.
- Monitor inhouse pharmacy requests/communications
Qualifications
- Previous experience of at least 2 years as a caregiver in Assisted Living
- Management/ Leadership experience of at least 2 years preferred
- Scheduling experience strongly preferred
- CNA HCA or LPN license is required
