Job Description
ASL Interpreter
Lenghth of Contract 178 Days.
Salary is based onparaprofessional salary schedule posted on district website.
Background check and child maltreatment check required by law.
Valid license.
Citizenship residency or work VISA in United States.
We are seeking a qualified American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter to join our school team supporting communication access for students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Candidates must hold a valid interpreter license from the Arkansas Department of Health meet certification standards (minimum EIPA score of 3.0 or QAST rating of 3/3 and have an associates or bachelors degree in ASL Studies Interpretation or a related field. This role requires professionalism strong interpreting skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment.
