Your role
In the role of a Principal Consultant you will anchor the engagement effort for a large ServiceNow transformation and migration programs all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes deliverables. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives client training inhouse capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape valueadding solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. You will proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer

Required
  • Proven experience (typically 5 years) in leading / managing complex IT programs and projects with a significant focus on large ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
  • Experience in handling transformation programs for Telco Service Operations
  • Understanding of Customer centricity Telecom BSS/OSS Domain Integration Cloud and Migration concepts
  • Managing service quality delivery quality and improvement initiatives
  • Strong Knowledge of Agile delivery methodology
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience working with crossfunctional geographically dispersed teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Microsoft Project)
  • Experience in Presales program initiation and change management processes
