As a Sr. Research Manager you will own the design and of deep dive research studies (quantitative and/or qualitative) from start to end. You will conduct surveys and moderate interviews with global thought leaders and business decision makers to identify and explore insights for the highest priority pain points and unmet needs of CTXRs target audience. You will build and manage mechanisms to share actionable insights with senior leadership and close the loop with stakeholder teams.
Key job responsibilities * Lead design and of primary research studies (leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods) to generate actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholder teams * Endtoend experience with all aspects of research (study design recruiting moderation analysis reporting) * Connect the what with the so what and now what using your own research and other data sources * Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners * Moderation of inperson qualitative research and participating in external meetings which may include domestic and international travel up to 25 of the time
7 years of quantitative/qualitative market research experience including survey design and Experience in B2B public affairs and/or corporate reputation Experience communicating results to senior leadership Bachelors degree or advanced degree in business marketing statistics or related field
* Personal experience as a moderator in a businesstobusiness (B2B) environment * Experience developing insights via secondary/desk research of existing first and third party data sources * Experience facilitating insightsbased ideation workshops with crossfunctional stakeholders * US and international work experience
