ABOUT THIS ROLE
Were looking for a talented Marketing Manager International Expansion to lead managing of marketing campaigns customer insights initiatives and processes that accelerate Audibles worldwide growth via Amazon Retail and Amazon Devices channels. This role focuses on driving Audible member acquisition traffic and brand awareness across our emerging countries roadmap providing a frontrow seat to be part of our exciting global expansion plan and a key support for new country launches.

ABOUT YOU
Were looking for a candidate who has already gained first experiences in online/ecommerce marketing (e.g. online onsite mobile) and participated in imagining implementing or localizing international crosschannel marketing initiatives and processes. You are equally comfortable at building global expansion marketing plans (generating scalable ideas to optimize processes and campaigns) rolling up their sleeves to execute at a tactical level to reach KPIs (manage emerging countries marketing operations and processes create and schedule localized launch and automation campaigns and analyze data) and gathering customer and business insights. Being a member of the Audible on Amazon Global Marketing team and working with a variety of Audible and Amazon partners this role is also expected to demonstrate strong crossmarket collaboration and a high degree of organizational and international project management skills.

You have a Builders mentality. Youre eager to learn about various marketing tools channels customer insights and global bestperforming campaigns and processes and take a high level of ownership to champion improvements that help drive Audibles growth in new emerging countries at a faster pace. You are detailoriented and works thoughtfully to build launch and measure marketing campaigns and use the learnings gathered to identify repeatable automated and optimized processes for future launches and international marketing playbooks.

This position is initially open through a 12months contract.

As a Marketing Manager for Audible on Amazon International Expansion you will...
Manage marketing campaigns and identify opportunities and experiments to drive traffic in emerging Audible markets and other GoToMarket/Global initiatives
Ideate and implement (localize and launch) crosschannel acquisition and awareness marketing campaigns and experiments from concept to launch (e.g. onsite email) across emerging countries Amazon Retail and Devices channels
Support regional/local emerging teams to design and build automated localized marketing campaigns to reach acquisition and revenue KPIs postlaunch
Partner with the global and local Audible and Amazon teams to identify best practices champion international expansion business priorities and drive localization and global expansion of successful marketing initiatives
Create own and optimize global expansion marketing playbooks by analyzing available merchandising and marketing processes tools channels and campaigns. Establish repeatable processes and collaborate with stakeholders to help Audible on Amazon scale faster internationally
Define customer insights initiatives collect learnings and analyze customer data in various marketplaces
Own recurring reporting of channel and campaign performance metrics for key emerging countries and launch events
Provide training and enable adoption of playbooks/best practices to marketers in future new country launches

Professional noninternship marketing experience in acquisition/performance marketing and/or in marketing operations
Bachelors Degree in marketing business and/or relevant field of study
Experience building and executing crossfunctional digital marketing programs (e.g. onsite email mobile)
Experience working with marketing tools including email web analytics and onsite/CRM campaigns
Experience using data and metrics to define marketing campaigns drive process optimization and analyze marketing campaign results
Business fluency in English and at least one additional language (Spanish (Brazilian) Portuguese Dutch French Arabic Polish Swedish Turkish)

Amazon and/or ecommerce marketing experience
Experience in the entertainment or digital media/subscription industry
Experience in international marketing or localization of campaigns
Experience working with global crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
Additional language skills in Spanish (Brazilian) Portuguese Dutch French Arabic Polish Swedish Turkish
