Job Description
The Neurological Institute (Edinger Institute) at University Hospital Frankfurt is recruiting a student assistant to work in an exciting and interdisciplinary environment and directly contribute to our current research projects.
Your Role:
- Development of interactive visualization and reporting tools for collaborative research projects (R Shiny Quatro)
- Research data management and documentation of analysis workflows
- Software maintenance
- User and server administration for research groups at the insitute
- Enrolled student of medicine biology computer science or a comparable field Handson experience in programming (R or Python) and different operating systems (Linux MacOS Windows)
- Student in bioinformatics computer science biophysics or similar
- Capacity to work independently and as part of bigger teams
- Fluency in the English language German language proficiency is a plus
- Due to legal regulations valid proof of measles immunity / measles vaccination is required
