This position performs operations necessary to assemble complete (both internal and external) compressors subassemblies units motor mount compressor mount test runs and makes adjustments to meet specifications and requirements.
Perform pressure tests of components assembled compressors units and packages. Make mechanical repairs as required and retest. Make necessary adjustments and rework required parts or subassemblies as required.
Requires the ability to work from drawings routings and procedures. Use of a variety of hand and power tools precision measuring instruments gauging devices assembly fixtures drills taps etc. Use various pieces of material handling equipment to perform duties. Experience of up to 3 years necessary to become efficient.
