General Description:The Weekend Scheduler is chiefly responsible for monitoring the clock in and outs of the schedule on the weekends. Work hours begin at 5 pm on Friday and end 7 am on Monday morning with shifts being in our Spartanburg Office or Greer Office from 7 am 7 pm on Saturday and Sundays. The weekend scheduler with answer phones with excellent communication and customer service skills. Communicate any caregiver call outs with our clients and find a new caregiver to go out to that shift if the client requests. The weekend scheduler will also assist the client with clocking in and out if experiencing any issues and communicate with the supervisor any issues that need additional attention in a timely manner.
- Experience in clinically working with other adults in either acute or residential/long term care settings.
- Experience in clinically working with older adults with memory concerns such as Alzheimers Disease and Dementia Diagnoses.
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Every other Saturday and Sunday 7am7pm
