Position Summary
In this role as Lead Director HCB FPA you will report to the Executive Director of HCB FP&A and will lead a team a small team. You will lead all of our date of service reporting and will be responsible for driving the implementation and enhancement of our financial systems. This position will collaborate with senior leadership across a wide variety of constituents including business finance actuarial expense management HCB Actuals team and many more business areas. This role is a highly visible role and responsible for providing executives with the information they need to make critical business decisions and will be responsible for the following.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100000.00 $231540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
