Launched in 2022 Fidelity Private Wealth is bringing the full strength of Fidelity to our private wealth clients. That means combining our world class research and investment management expertise to help our clients accomplish their wealth goals. As a privately held company we can take a bigpicture longterm view of the world and its markets. This gives us the opportunity to provide unique insight to our clients extensive thought leadership to the marketplace and uncommon opportunities for our employees.
As a new business we can establish and enhance processes and procedures operations support and the overall client experience. These goals will be accomplished by working with the relationship managers portfolio services groups legal finance and other Fidelity counterparts. The operations group is responsible for running the daytoday management operations of Fidelity Private Wealth. A core objective of this role is to increase the control efficiency and consistency of private wealth operations.
Success in this role requires collaboration with business partners and a focus on process improvements. The successful candidate requires exceptional business acumen paired with strong analytical/communication skills to help facilitate the development and adoption of effective solutions for the wealth management business.
How Youll Make an Impact
Client Support
Provide active support to the clientfacing team by providing client onboarding support and resolving issues throughout the client lifecycle.
Act as a critical bridge between back office clientfacing teams compliance and portfolio management teams.
Assist with the generation of recurring clientfacing reports including quarterly statements CRM2 and tax packages.
Become a subject matter expert (SME) on internal systems such as advisor platforms Salesforce and other tools.
Provide support for internal process tracking issue resolution and escalations for Relationship Managers and clientfacing teams.
Process Improvement
Drive process improvement initiatives within the Private Wealth business identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and eliminating waste.
Support the development and documentation of endtoend operational workflows.
Collaborate on the agile integration of new technology solutions.
Data Management
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across internal systems such as the CRM platform custodian system and other tools.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal reporting including dashboards SLA tracking and issue resolution metrics.
Process Documentation
Collaborate with the Product Owner to craft and maintain clear userfriendly process documentation for internal stakeholders.
Support change management efforts for new technology deployments and integrations within the department.
What Were Looking For
Completion of a university degree or equivalent work experience
3 years of direct operations experience in wealth management industry 5 years of relevant experience in total preferably in the financial services industry.
Risk and change management experience is an asset.
Experience supporting technology integration efforts.
CFA CPA/CA or additional designations/certifications is a nice to have
