About the Role:
Our Client a prestigious and highly regarded law firm specialising in high net worth family law is seeking a talented Family Solicitor with 4 years PQE to join their leading team in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced solicitor to handle complex and highvalue family law matters working alongside some of the most respected professionals in the field.
This position is focused on financial remedy cases supporting successful individuals entrepreneurs and highprofile clients through significant family law matters. Please note this role is more clientfocused on financial work and does not involve publicly funded child law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own caseload of complex family law matters including highvalue divorce and financial remedy cases.
- Advising high net worth and ultrahigh net worth individuals on all aspects of family law including pre and postnuptial agreements and asset protection.
- Engaging directly with clients providing exceptional service and strategic advice.
- Working collaboratively with senior solicitors and partners on multijurisdictional and highprofile cases.
- Drafting highquality legal documents statements and agreements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Attending mediations and settlement meetings as part of dispute resolution strategies.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE in family law.
- Proven experience handling financial remedy work ideally with exposure to high net worth cases.
- Strong client management skills with the ability to work sensitively and discreetly with highprofile individuals.
- Excellent drafting negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Ambitious proactive and passionate about delivering outstanding results for clients.
- Experience within a toptier or boutique family law practice is highly desirable.
