What Youll Be Doing
Think beyond the blueprint. This role is for the engineer who wants their fingerprints on the projects that define skylines and systems that actually work when you flip the switch.
Heres what your days will look like:
Lead Electrical Design
Own the electrical scope lighting power lowvoltage life safety from concept to closeout.
Team Up Across Disciplines
Collaborate with mechanical architectural and construction teams to integrate seamless codecompliant designs.
Draw It. Model It. Perfect It.
Build and refine electrical system designs in Revit and/or AutoCAD your choice. Either way were about clean smart and buildable documentation.
Mentor Junior Talent
If youre experienced be the guide. If youre growing be hungry to learn. We believe mentorship goes both ways.
What Were Looking For
We dont believe in rigid boxes. Heres what success looks like for this role:
3 to 18 Years of Electrical Engineering Experience
Whether youre rising fast or already seasoned we care about your impact not just your years.
Software Fluency
Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD is required. If youre a dualwielder even better.
PE License (Preferred)
Its not a dealbreaker but its definitely a plus.
Technical & Practical KnowHow
You know your codes youve seen drawings get built and you understand why your design decisions matter in the field.
