The Vice President Growth Development is an integral part of the companys success embodying the character of our Full Service Focus Service Extended Stay Luxury Lifestyle branded and independent hotels within our portfolio. The Vice President Growth Development will provide leadership in driving and sustaining the business growth strategy by developing new management agreements and nurturing relationships with both prospects and existing owners.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Works with Chief Growth Development Officer and the team to strategically grow business development activity.
- Responsible for sourcing management contracts existing hotel and new development to evolve PM Hotel Groups portfolio of hotels building a robust business development pipeline.
- Develops and maintains relationships with brokers consultants banks investors and other deal influencers. Mentors and collaborates closely with Analysts and Director of Feasibility and Analytics.
- Attends key hospitality events conferences and networking opportunities relevant to building awareness for PM Hotel Group and increasing management business.
- Cultivates relationships with industrys leading hospitality brands.
- Develops and maintains relationships with existing owners as it relates to contract renewals.
- Responsible for ensuring strong growth of the portfolio by delivering an effective annual business plan along with colleagues.
- Identifies business development needs across the organization and proposes appropriate solutions.
- Collaborates with marketing team to develop effective collateral materials presentations and press releases.
- Assists in leveraging resources to transform data into actionable insights. Provides analysis on current and future trends to support key business objectives including market intelligence gathering to identify emerging opportunities consumer and industry research supporting strategic longterm planning and primary research efforts to meet business goals.
- Fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace. Inspires stakeholders tailoring message and delivery accordingly.
- Works with the broader leadership team to translate big picture trends into opportunities.
- Establishes relationships with business unit heads to ensure that strategic objectives are supported and executed.

QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree in hospitality or business administration preferred or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in roles spanning strategy and/or marketing with wellregarded global consumer and hospitality companies characterized by innovation and a strong customer focus.
- 5 years of direct experience sourcing and negotiating management agreements with a successful track record of securing management contracts.
- Must be able to negotiate management agreements and add value with effective knowledge of hospitality real estate financial analysis.
- An excellent track record of developing business strategies that produce sustainable and scalable income without compromising brands.
- Ability to interact with work with teams crossfunctionally.
- Confident verbal and presentation skills; demonstrated ability to clearly explain commercial concepts at all levels and produce engaging and professional presentations and communication materials.
- A thorough understanding of consumer trends attitudes needs and preferences to help PM Hotel Group enhance its growth capabilities. An exceptional thought leader who partners closely with all lines of business to understand and provide input and insight into marketing business strategy and product development.
