The MCCC is looking for askilled passionate Allied Health & PreNursing Instructorready to share their expertise and industry knowledge with the next generation of technicians. The qualified candidate will develop and teach all phases of the program curriculum monitor and evaluate student progress and maintain student records in accordance with accreditation standards. The passionate aspirant will recruit support from business and industry to develop job placement opportunities for graduates.
STARTING DATE: July 1 2025
SALARY: Appropriate placement on the Teachers Salary Schedule commensurate with experience and education ranging from $48495.00 to $78530.00 annually.
REPORTS TO: Principal or Designee

WORKWEEK/YEAR: 184 days per year
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Valid Ohio teaching license or qualify for career technical licensure CT Diversified Health Occupations 070998 CT Nursing Assisting 070303 CT Therapeutic Pathway 074830. Valid RN license BSN Medical Assistant Certification Nurse Assistant Training Competency and Evaluation Program (NATCEP) Certification and the Stop the Bleed Instructor Certification. Minimum of 5 years working in the health care/health care education field. Demonstrated ability to work on a team. Effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to build rapport with many stakeholders. Strong organizational skills. Desire to motivate and assist young people in an educational setting. Willingness to work with students of varying ability levels. Ability to pass a criminal background check.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: A masters degree. CPR/FA Instructor.
