Job Description
Were looking for a motivated Industrial Engineer to join our team and help drive operational excellence within our warehouse operations. In this role you will design and develop efficient production layouts aimed at boosting productivity and meeting quality standards.

What youll be responsible for:
- Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement while maintaining the tracking against all line downtime or product availability
- Work on labor and nonlabor savings projects
- Support the Director of Engineering in tracking project progress timelines and budgets.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure quality accuracy and elimination of issues that impact line efficiency
- Analyze and optimize processes to reduce waste and energy consumption.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new equipment and technology.
- Improve the efficiency of each production process.
- Evaluate employees tasks and responsibilities identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity.
- Use the Theory of Constraints to identify opportunities for cost reduction increase throughput workflow improvements etc.
- Responsible for enhancing/developing Standardized Operating Procedures and training.
- Provide engineering support for troubleshooting manufacturing challenges.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while implementing new processes
- Collect data and report auditing metrics.
What youll need to be successful:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- Manufacturing or Food experience is preferred but not required.
Traits:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support project implementation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with close attention to detail
