Job Description
1st Shift: Monday Friday 3am 1:30pm
What you will do:
Perform visual inspection and utilize inspection tools to ensure quality and consistency
Engage in continuous improvement activities such as exposing problems collecting data to solve problems and suggesting improvement ideas
Perform dimensional layout inspection on inhouse and vended manufactured product
Perform Autonomous Maintenance on equipment including cleaning equipment and workstation
Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to GMP/QMS/SOP
Meet work schedule and overtime requirements including weekends
What you need:
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Manufacturing Experience
Experience using standard inspection tools (i.e. calipers micrometers height gages and comparator)
Prior foundry investment casting and/or quality experience
