- Administer first aid as needed.
- Support students with health plans as directed by school nurse.
- Perform technical procedures as directed by school nurse (e.g. blood glucose testing subcutaneous injectable epinephrine diapering catheterization).
- Maintain student immunization files as directed by school nurse.
- Maintain student health files as directed by school nurse.
- Document the care and treatments provided to each student in his/her individual health file or in daily log record book.
- Assist school nurse with yearly screenings.
- Assist in preparing district and state required reports.
- Maintain a clean and orderly health office including inventorying as directed by school nurse.
- Perform clerical and secretarial duties as assigned by school principal including covering office positions during coworkers assigned lunches or breaks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma completion of G.E.D or equivalent. CNA 0r EMT Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual oral and written communication skills preferred.
Necessary special requirements:
- Montana Drivers license or the ability to obtain license within three months of hire date.
- Criminal background check required for hire.
- CPR and First Aid certifications required within 1 month after hire.
