Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned laboratory professional for our highvolume multidisciplinary core laboratory. As a Core Lab Manager you will oversee cuttingedge diagnostic services support specialized programs like oncology and surgery and ensure seamless operations through strategic planning budgeting and performance improvement. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of our laboratory services at CRMCs Level I Trauma Center.
As a key leader you will guide and develop a team of 350 skilled lab professionals including Clinical Lab Scientists Phlebotomists and Technicians. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing patient care optimizing lab workflows and implementing innovative process improvements to keep pace with the everevolving healthcare landscape.

Desirable knowledge and skills:
- Applies advanced laboratory knowledge to optimize services serving as a role model and key resource while ensuring appropriate staffing levels align with operational needs.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Microbiology or Medical Technology required
Licenses and Certifications
- CLS State of California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License required
