Job Description:
Your responsibility will include but is not limited to:
Update canteen and travel schedules for payroll
Perform quarterly stock counts
Process and match invoices credit notes and purchase orders
Maintain supplier records and ensure accurate timely payments
Send remittance advices and file paid invoices
Issue credit notes for approved warranty claims
Process GI/GR for the warehouse
Assist with Mundo invoice and credit note requests
Reconcile Mundo shipping charges with goods issued
Complete credit applications
Support any additional tasks from the CFO or CEO
Skills & Experience:
3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role
Qualification:
Matric (Required)
