KEY SKILLS SAP MDG
Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled person in SAP MDG Skills with expertise in Data Warehousing Data Streaming and Data Lake environments. The ideal candidate will design develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure supporting business intelligence analytics and operational decisionmaking.
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors degree in computer science/IT or relevant field
Degree Preferred: Masters degree in computer science/IT or relevant field
Minimum Years of Experience: 6 10 year(s)

Required Knowledge/Skills: SAP MDG
Core Skills:
SAP MDG Configuration:
Proficiency in configuring SAP MDG modules for master data domains such as material customer supplier and finance.
Ability to set up workflows data models and user interfaces within SAP MDG.
Data Governance:
Understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
Experience in implementing data governance frameworks using SAP MDG.
Data Modeling:
Ability to design and manage data models in SAP MDG.
Knowledge of entity types attributes and relationships within the data model.
Process Modeling:
Experience in designing and implementing process models for data creation modification approval and deletion.
SAP Integration:
Skills in integrating SAP MDG with other SAP modules (e.g. ECC S/4HANA) and nonSAP systems.
Familiarity with SAP integration tools and methods such as ALE IDocs and Web Services.
Data Quality Management:
Ability to define and monitor data quality rules and metrics.
Experience with tools and techniques to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ABAP programming for custom developments and enhancements.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori for developing userfriendly applications on SAP MDG.

Job description:
Candidate is expected to demonstrate extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Should have a minimum 6 years hand on experience building advanced Data warehousing solutions on leading relational or cloud platforms.
Should have minimum 35 years of Operate/Managed Services/Production Support Experience
Should have extensive experience in developing scalable repeatable and secure data structures and pipelines to ingest store collect standardize and integrate data for downstream consumption like Business Intelligence systems Analytics modeling Data scientists etc.
Designing and implementing data pipelines to extract transform and load (ETL/ELT) data from various sources into data storage systems such as data warehouses or data lakes.
Should have experience in building efficient ETL/ELT processes using Informatica 10.x or above. Informatica BDM is a plus
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality data load failures and performance bottlenecks using Informatica and SQL/PLSQL.
Implementing data validation and cleansing procedures will ensure the quality integrity and dependability of the data.
Improve the scalability efficiency and costeffectiveness of data pipelines.
Write complex SQL queries for largescale data extraction transformation and reporting
Implementing and maintaining data security and privacy measures including access controls and encryption to protect sensitive data
Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
Should have experience in Building and maintaining Data Governance solutions (Data Quality Metadata management Lineage Master Data Management and Data security) using industry leading tools
Scaling and optimizing schema and performance tuning SQL and ETL/ELT pipelines in data lake and data warehouse environments.
Should have Handson experience with Data analytics tools like Informatica SSIS Alteryx etc.
Should have Experience of ITIL processes like Incident management Problem Management Knowledge management Release management Data DevOps etc.
Should have Strong communication problem solving quantitative and analytical abilities.
