SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

• Develop and manage integrated multichannel marketing programs to drive lead generation and sales pipeline growth.
• Execute marketing programs including webinars emails and customer outreach.
• Own and optimize the email marketing conversion funnel through Marketo.
• Track measure and analyze marketing programs performance applying insights to continuously optimize program effectiveness.
• Manage and grow the community by fostering engagement creating compelling content and facilitating discussions that strengthen relationships with partners customers and key stakeholders.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

• 7 years of experience in campaign marketing or demand generation.
• Strong understanding of lead nurturing and multitouch marketing strategies to drive conversion.
• Expertise in email marketing strategy including A/B testing audience segmentation and automation.
• Ability to use data and analytics to track performance and refine strategies.
• Solid experience working with and Marketo to execute integrated demand generation campaigns including measurement of campaign effectiveness.
• Proven experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to create and execute integrated marketing programs.
• Track record of marketing results with a strong creative and analytical mindset.
• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Technology or a related field preferred.

We are primarily an inoffice environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara Califorina office in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.

The annual base salary range is: $149000 $224000.

Salary ranges are determined based on role level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
