Our Planning & Development team plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our LGA and we are now seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Development Compliance Officer to help us ensure planning control is upheld and development is delivered responsibly.

As the Senior Development Compliance Officer you will support both our Management and the Development Compliance Team by applying your advanced professional compliance and development knowledge and technical expertise to deliver evidencebased professional objective investigative and assessment services relating to planning and building regulations including (but not limited to) unauthorised development and noncompliance with planning approvals.

This role will provide training coaching and mentoring to enhance the teams skills and capabilities and promote CNs compliance processes as being customerfocused and best practices.

Remuneration: $104536.76 17.5 annual leave loading yearly payment 11.5 Superannuation per annum for a 35hour week
