The Impact You Will Have:
The Manager Sales Commissions will lead a team responsible for the accurate and timely administration of sales compensation plans ensuring efficient commission calculations and payments. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong analytical mindset deep understanding of sales compensation best practices and the ability to drive process improvements. You will oversee the commission function people process and technology and work with leadership to optimize our commission plans and align with Company goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can build and develop a highperforming team drive efficiency and ensure compliance with compensation policies.
