About This Role

We are seeking an experienced highly skilled and selfmotivated person responsible for leading the Collierville factory finance team and business partnering to deliver operating results for the company.
The ideal candidate will have accounting and finance experience supporting a highvolume manufacturing operation. Overall this position will provide financial leadership across our Collierville factory which includes support of the monthly close & forecast process annual plan variance analysis KPI tracking & reporting identifying and driving factory productivity and overall management support.
The Senior Manager Plant Finance is responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage direct and coordinate the monthly financial close and forecast including analysis and reporting; drive plans to correct issues
Prepare and coordinate the annual business plan cycle including the establishment of financial targets metrics and guidelines; calendar of submissions and reviews; coordination of functional team submissions
Drive productivity in the plant by identifying risk and opportunities and working crossfunctionally to implement productivity projects.
Lead projectbased financial analysis and modeling to support profitability and productivity projects
Responsible for cost accounting E&O analysis internal controls fixed assets and all SarbanesOxley requirements including documentation testing and remediation efforts
Ensure preparation of financial information is in accordance with GAAP and prepares company for internal & external audits
Provide oversight and direction to plant finance team employees with a focus on their development and meeting the needs of the factory.
Provide financial leadership across the factory as a member of Plant Managers staff.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or Economics
7 years of finance and/or accounting experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA is preferred
Financial operations experience coupled with financial planning and analysis required; Previous manufacturing and cost accounting experience required
Exceptional analytical skills significant experience in financial forecasting and expertise in the development of financial models
Ability to lead and develop a team of financial professionals
Demonstrated proficiency in using Excel HFM/Hyperion Financial Management and PowerPoint
Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP
Strong communication skills with a history of influencing multiple levels of the organization
Strong communication skills with ability to present his or her recommendations effectively to senior management in both written form and orally
Passion for servicing customers. Ability to listen to customer needs and quickly act to solve their problems go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
Proven ability to execute with speed and exhibit a bias for action mindset.
Ability to think outside the box innovate take risks and implement progressive sustainable solutions.
Strong ability to work in diverse cross functional project teams to achieve high levels of performance in a dynamic changing environment. Successful experience with collaborating in a matrix environment.
Must have advanced level skills with Microsoft Office Excel Word and PowerPoint
