As an Enterprise Account Executive NonBankyou will play a critical role in expanding and maintaining Builts customer base within our largest and most strategic accounts. Top performers in this role excel at generating new opportunities exceeding quotas leading worldclass discovery and solving real client challenges. Experience in SaaS communication and selling is essential.
In This Role You Will:
- Educate and maintain key relationships with stakeholders of our largest clients and prospects.
- Lead and coordinate customerfacing meetings including discovery calls demos and proposals.
- Navigate complex organizational structures across multiple business units of critical customers.
- Conduct extensive research on nonbank financial institutions and navigate the sales process with industryleading NBFIs.
- Work crossfunctionally with implementation client success support and product partners to ensure optimal product and an exceptional customer experience throughout the Built journey.
- Document all interactions in our CRM.
- Represent Built at various conferences trade shows events etc.
- Identify key targets and trends within assigned accounts.
- Qualify and engage executives at financial institutions.
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership and the Built marketing team to achieve company and personal objectives.

Qualifications:
- A 4year degree in any major.
- A minimum of 5 years of prior sales experience preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales.
- Worldclass listening skills.
- Unquestionable integrity with a clientfirst mindset.
- The ability to follow and continuously seek ways to improve processes.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well with others.

Builts salary range for this position is $120000 $140000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Builts total compensation package for employees.
