Kudos is a highly respected provider of NDIS therapeutic and support services for children and young people. As the official NDIS Early Childhood Partner in South Australia were a valuesled organisation built on the belief that every child and family deserves to be seen heard and supported.

Were now seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Therapy Services team. In this role youll deliver evidencebased assessments and interventions that help children and young people build independence develop skills and achieve their everyday goals. Youll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team and be supported by inhouse clinical experts who provide supervision coaching and development.

Description

Job Description:

As an Occupational Therapist with Kudos youll provide highquality evidencebased therapy services to children young people and their families. Youll manage a clinical caseload deliver individualised interventions and collaborate with families and colleagues to ensure supports are meaningful and effective.

Your daytoday will include:

  • Delivering occupational therapy interventions that promote independence and participation in daily activities.
  • Conducting assessments setting goals and implementing therapy plans tailored to each childs needs.
  • Collaborating with families carers and a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic personcentred support.
  • Contributing to NDIS planning reviews and reports.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in line with policy and NDIS requirements.

What youll bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience working with children and young people in therapy disability or education settings (desirable).
  • Knowledge of strengthsbased and child and familycentred practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A teamfocused approach and a passion for helping clients reach their goals.

Location: The position is based at our Elizabeth office with flexibility to work across metropolitan Adelaide as required.

Please be aware that it is a requirement of this position that the successful incumbent maintains a current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screen Check which is satisfactory to Kudos in accordance with the Child Safety (Prohibited Persons) Act 2016 (SA) and a current drivers licence.
