Job Description
- Analyze business objectives and translate them into detailed project plans.
- Define and plan the scope of digital projects prepare budgets allocate resources and manage timelines.
- Prioritize projects by collaborating with crossfunctional teams understanding scope technical requirements and tradeoffs.
- Leverage tools to improve software development workflows maximize team productivity and mitigate risks.
- Forecast resource needs and management accordingly to meet project goals.
- Act as the point of contact for developers clients and internal teams to ensure clarity on priorities and risk areas.
- Liaise directly with clients and account managers for technical project updates and requests.
- Address and resolve challenges during development to maintain momentum.
- Measure project performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and organize thorough documentation reports and status updates.
- Deliver projects on time on budget and in line with quality expectations.
- Participate in quarterly planning crossteam collaboration and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as needed to keep projects on track.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science digital marketing or a related field.
- 4 years of experience as a technical project or program manager preferably within a digital agency.
- Experience implementing project management tools and productivity/reporting platforms.
- Strong understanding of development workflows and terminology.
- Bonus: Familiarity with HTML CSS and light coding/scripting.
- Huge plus: Experience working with Salesforce platforms and integrations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills able to juggle multiple highpriority projects without losing focus.
- Ability to selfmanage adapt to fastchanging priorities and remain composed under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for driving collaboration and accountability.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and SEO fundamentals.
- PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
