Job Description
Overview
Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient
Location: 10750 W. McDowell Rd Suite B210 Avondale AZ 85323
Incentives: $10000 Signon Bonus and $350/month Student Debt Benefit
Schedule: FullTime Monday Friday
Compensation: Salaried starting at $74000 and up commensurate with experience PLUS Signon Bonus and Student Debt Benefit
Join a great staff in an openspaced clinic. Wide array of equipment including squat rack cables all hilo tables etc. Currently staffed with 1 PT and PTA treating a wide variety of diagnoses and ages although primarily orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate treat direct and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues physicians patients family members and thirdparty payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
