Job Description
Infosys is seeking a Lead Data Modeller
In this role you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation transition and warranty. Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be located within commuting distance of Peoria IL Richardson TX or Indianapolis INor must be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel within the US.
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 4years of experience with Information Technology.
- At least 2 years of experience in data modelling and in data vault models.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools like Erwin ER/Studio Power Designer etc
- Handson experience with relational databases and cloud platforms
- Hands on experience on Snowflake and ETL tools.
- Strong ability to plan and lead Joint Application Design sessions and collaborate with both technical subject matter experts as well as business analysts and stakeholders
- Experience in test driven development and DevOps/CICD software engineering practices

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in relational SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Experience with data modeling tools (e.g. Erwin ER/Studio).
- Understanding of database management and design best practices.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below location will be
Peoria IL:$68763to $89392

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
