Sales/F&I Manager
This is your opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Lincoln dealerships in the region as a Sales/F&I Manager. Are you ready to elevate your career and take it to the next level West Point Lincoln of Sugar Land located on the Southwest Freeway just west of Beltway 8 is easily accessible from the greater Houston Metropolitan areas. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leading the sales team and promoting team work
- Booking/desking deals
- Backup F&I sales
- Contributing to the stores growth and sales performance
- Working directly with other management to ensure top performance throughout the department
Qualifications:
- Prior Dealership Sales/F&I Management experience
- Previous role in the hospitality industry preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background
- Must be authorized to work in the US
