Job Description
What youll do
- Be friendly and helpful while engaging with customers via phone live chat email social media or in person at our customer facing showroom or outlet center.
- Serve as an expert on all things patio furniture by providing accurate uptodate information including product features pricing delivery warranties and returns
- Work closely with our delivery operations and showroom teams to monitor the scheduling of deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Guide and work with your fellow team members to achieve customer success in every interaction
- Help find new ideas and methods to exceed customer expectations as a company
- Previous work experience in customer support client services sales or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- 1 year of customer support client services sales or a related field
- Skilled at running multiple computer systems/windows simultaneously
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
