Project Overview:
Were seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to work on cuttingedge automotive projects for a renowned German OEM. Youll develop automated testing solutions using Python and Robot Framework.
Job Summary:
Design develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Python and Robot Framework for automotive projects. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure highquality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop automated testing scripts using Python and Robot Framework
Collaborate with German OEM teams to understand testing requirements
Implement scalable efficient and reliable testing solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve testing issues
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies
Mentor junior team members
Requirements:
Mandatory :
3 to 6 years of experience in automation testing with Python and Robot Framework
Strong knowledge of Python Robot Framework and automation testing principles
Experience in automotive domain (connected car infotainment etc.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI/CD)
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred:
Experience working with Agile development methodologies
Knowledge of automotivegrade Linux (e.g. GENIVI)
Familiarity with cloudbased testing platforms
Certification in Python or Robot Framework
Experience working with OEMs or automotive industry
