Biddeford Adult Education is seeking a CNA InstructorCheckout why we are a different experienceSpecific Job Details:This is a parttime yearround position working with our diverse population of adult learners as a CNA Instructor. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated professional to join our team. The CNA Instructor will be responsible for delivering highquality classroom instruction and handson training to students enrolled in our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program. This role involves curriculum development student assessment and collaboration with clinical partners to ensure that our program meets state and industry standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching possesses strong clinical expertise and is committed to developing the next generation of healthcare professionals. Biddeford Adult Education is a communitybased program offering a wide range of academic vocational and enrichment ResponsibilitiesInstruction & Training:Deliver engaging classroom lectures and handson lab sessions covering CNA core competencies including patient care infection control and communication skills. Demonstrate practical skills and techniques ensuring students gain the necessary competencies for clinical Support & Advising: Provide academic advising mentorship and career guidance to students. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and & Compliance: Work collaboratively with clinical partners and administrative staff to maintain program standards. Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements accreditation standards and institutional policies. Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to program unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of years of experience as an RN and one year as an RN in a longterm care and/or training in instructional education with adult or training with and ability to organize direct and to work a flexible schedule to meet educational digital literacy and Work in the Biddeford Maine CommunityLocated along the Atlantic coastline with miles of beachesViews of the Saco River to its westLess than 20 minutes south of the Greater Portland AreaLess than two hours north of to a growing population of diverse residentsPicturesque downtownMaines youngest city with a median age of 29 in the historic downtownThriving economyMany recreational opportunities including fishing hiking biking public parks and kayakingEqual OpportunityThe School Department is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
