The CNA Instructor will be responsible for delivering highquality classroom instruction and handson training to students enrolled in our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program. This role involves curriculum development student assessment and collaboration with clinical partners to ensure that our program meets state and industry standards. Biddeford Adult Education is a communitybased program offering a wide range of academic vocational and enrichment ResponsibilitiesInstruction & Training:Deliver engaging classroom lectures and handson lab sessions covering CNA core competencies including patient care infection control and communication skills. Demonstrate practical skills and techniques ensuring students gain the necessary competencies for clinical Support & Advising: Provide academic advising mentorship and career guidance to students. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and & Compliance: Work collaboratively with clinical partners and administrative staff to maintain program standards. Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements accreditation standards and institutional policies.
